Examples: Spa Hardcovers, Parts, Accessories, etc
The nominated freight provider is liable for damages incurred to a maximum of $2,000 including GST.
In the unfortunate event your goods arrive damaged or are faulty, please contact us no later than 2 days after receiving your items. When signing for receipt of the delivered items please ensure that you note any damage on the Consignment Note even if it appears minor. If the package has been damaged in transit please ensure that you take photos of the damage and email ([email protected]) these through also so we can advise the transport provider.

Examples: Spa Pools, Swim Spas, Saunas, Gazebos, etc
For deliveries in the local area arranged by Leisure Spas we have an insurance policy in place which covers any accidental damage incurred during this period by ourselves & local transport providers.
Once the item is placed into position onsite this policy ceases to provide coverage.
Important Note
For any items delivered ‘depot to depot’ our policy provide the item coverage until it has been successfully delivered to the nominated depot. Once signed for by that freight provided as received in good condition our policy ceases to provide full insurance coverage for your item so it is essential that you contact your insurer to confirm appropriate insurance coverage for the final part for the items journey.
